Our People & Culture (P&C) Program Integration team is looking
for a People & Culture (P&C) Initiatives Advisor to join its team and
play a key role in helping to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate P&C
programs that address the varying and complex P&C needs of WorkSafeBC.
In this role, you’ll provide daily program and administrative support
services in a range of areas including onboarding, performance management,
workplace culture, and other programs that support our People and Culture
initiatives. You’ll build excellent relationships with internal partners and
clients, partnering closely with various P&C teams, Communications and
Marketing, Business Advisory Services, Payroll, and other key
stakeholders.
This is a temporary opportunity of approximately 12-month.

Where you’ll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Develop
and maintain knowledge of operational policies, procedures, guidelines,
programs and systems.
- Promotes
a client-focused and service-oriented approach in providing program services to
employees, raising complex matters to the P&C Specialist or Manager for
resolution.
- Effectively
manage and prioritize their workload in alignment with departmental and
organizational priorities.
- Proactively
identify opportunities for improvement and take a creative problem-solving
approach.
- Work
collaboratively within a team environment.
Your background and
experience
- A degree in
human resources or a related discipline
- A minimum of three years of related experience
