Manager, Integration & Orchestration Services (Infrastructure Platform & Delivery)

 

Overview

Are you passionate about building secure, scalable platforms that power enterprise-wide digital outcomes? We are seeking a Manager, Integration & Orchestration Services to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of WorkSafeBC’s integration and automation capabilities.

Our Integration Services team delivers seamless API solutions that connect systems and enable faster innovation and efficient workflows. They manage the full API lifecycle—from design and implementation to governance and monitoring—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Our Orchestration Services team enables secure, reliable, and timely data movement through workload automation and scheduling, supporting critical transactions to our stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Platform Delivery & Operations, you will lead teams, platforms, and programs that support these services. You will partner across the organization to deliver on IT strategy, manage risk and budgets, and build high-performing teams to ensure resilient, future-ready solutions.

Where you’ll work

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.

In this role, you will work primarily from our Richmond Office with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C. 

What you'll do

  • Lead and ensure reliable delivery of integration and orchestration services (APIs, batch scheduling, data flows).
  • Manage staff, contractors, and service providers; set goals and maintain high service standards.
  • Own and govern integration platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and execute business and operational plans; monitor service performance and budgets.
  • Support projects and vendors as Delivery Manager; collaborate with IT partners and stakeholders.
  • Consistently models the appropriate level of organizational behaviours expected of all WorkSafeBC employees: responsive, respectful, fair, collaborative, accountable, and forward thinking.

  • Lead and inspire teams in a complex, unionized IT environment while fostering collaboration and accountability.
  •  Balance strategy and operations, translating business goals into reliable integration and orchestration services.
  • Apply strong technical and governance expertise across APIs, batch scheduling, security, and platform lifecycle management.
  • Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and clients through clear communication and a service‑oriented mindset.

Your background and experience

  • A Degree in technology or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of directly related management experience with technical or business knowledge of an IT organization/enterprise.

Salary:  $130,999 - $159,163/ annually
