Reporting
directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant
to the President is a highly trusted partner who enables the effective
operation of the President’s office at the executive leadership level of the
organization.
In this role, you
will operate at the centre of enterprise decision-making, providing strategic
and administrative support to ensure the President can effectively lead and
deliver on organizational priorities. This position requires exceptional
discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and complex
matters involving executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and government
stakeholders.
You will play a
key role in coordinating enterprise-level activities, anticipating needs, and
ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Where
you’ll work:
In this role, you
will work primarily on-site in our Richmond office (4–5 days per week), working
in step with the President and CEO’s in-office schedule.

Your background and experience
- University degree in Business
Administration, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively
responsible experience, including direct support to senior executives
(C-suite experience preferred).

Experience interacting with Boards of Directors
and/or government stakeholders is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly
confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Proven experience supporting complex,
enterprise-level priorities and executive decision-making.
- Strong proficiency with office systems,
communication tools, and meeting technologies.

Salary: $86,583.00 - $105,198.00/annually
