our Assessments department as Employer Service Centre Agents (ESCA).
The Assessments department at WorkSafeBC is
responsible for helping employers register for our no-fault insurance systems
and maintain their accounts. Working in our call centre, you’ll support our
customer service initiatives by acting as the first point of contact for
employers who require assistance with their insurance coverage - answering
their questions regarding coverage, registration, and payment. This is a temporary opportunity for 18 months.

compensation system is properly funded so we can serve workers and employers
now and in the future.

- Gather and analyze information in a timely manner
- Actively listen and clearly convey information to
audiences with varying levels of knowledge
- Interact in a diplomatic, empathetic, and objective
manner, and build rapport with individuals
- Independently
manage changing priorities and frequent interruptions
Your background and experience
- Ability to handle incoming phone inquiries
- Must have good typing skills
- Ability to apply correct English language skills,
grammar, and spelling
- Ability to accurately record and enter data

Salary: $29.78/hourly
