We are looking for an Administrative
Coordinator to provide dedicated, proactive administrative coordination
support to the Director of Employee Health, Safety & Wellness and their department
at WorkSafeBC.
In this role, you’ll partner with the
Director to build a strong team and fulfill a common vision. This position
requires you to use a high level of discretion and tact in handling
confidential and sensitive information. If you have administrative experience
supporting Director level operations, proficiency in Microsoft applications,
exceptional customer service, effective organizational skills, and can execute

Where you’ll work : At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that
combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of
the position. This role is based in the Richmond, BC office.

Your background and experience
- Completion
of grade 12 and post-secondary education in Business or Business
Administration is preferred
- 3-5 years
of related work experience in an administrative role supporting senior
management and/or Director level operations
- Strong
working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Clipchamp, Forms, etc.)

Salary: $65,476.14 - $79,553/annually
